Our Story

We’ve always been a family-centered business. The original company was created by our current Vice President’s father in the 2003.

We’re a grassroots IT Consulting firm, technology reseller, and managed service provider (MSP) that continues to expand to provide critical services for all of our clients. Along the way, we’ve seen the struggles of ever-expanding IT needs and always stood in the gap for local businesses.

In 2009 when the recession hit, we were right there through it all. Even larger companies couldn’t handle the increasing financial burdens of maintaining in-house tech staff. That’s what propelled us forward in the industry and many of those clients are still with us.

Our customers always have the local support they need and the flexibility to keep things running smoothly. We also provide virtual IT support and private cloud hosting for organizations that don’t want their sensitive information in the public cloud or in their server closet.

In 2018, I joined the JDA team and, at the founder's request, assembled a group of top performers to take over ownership of the company. With 25 years of experience, I've learned that people across industries value ethical treatment and integrity. I believe doing the right thing is never wrong. Building trusted partnerships is about accountability and action. A manufacturing company should focus on filling orders, not inventory system issues, and a family practice should prioritize patient care over tech problems like network issues or data breaches. Jim Osterhout, Vice President

My father founded his IT staffing business nearly 20 years ago, and when we took over, we were committed to upholding his principles. I’ve been with JDA for over a decade, starting at the help desk and working my way up to Vice President. In 2007, a long-time client asked us to manage most of their IT needs, a turning point that shaped the direction we’re on today. That led us to develop a new service line, making JDA a trusted, comprehensive IT management solution. Over the years, we’ve helped more than 10,000 users by focusing on integrity and honesty. We’ve grown from a small staffing service into a company offering tailored IT support for businesses of all kinds. Whether maintaining old hardware or upgrading systems, we're always nearby and ready to help. Our clients stay with us because we built this business on strong values, and I’ll never compromise on those principles.
